Erika Eaglesham
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is passionate about helping children, youth, and parents explore their experiences, navigate challenges, and reconnect with their strengths.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment theory. I also draw from Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support clients in a way that feels thoughtful and personalized.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and my goal is to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they move toward meaningful change.

My Experience

My work is shaped by my background in psychotherapy, spiritual care, education, and community-based support. Through my Master of Divinity and Master of Psychospiritual Studies, I bring an approach that considers the emotional, relational, personal, and meaning-making parts of each client’s story.
I draw from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support clients as they explore their experiences, better understand patterns, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
I also have extensive experience working with children, youth, parents, and families through group facilitation, education, spiritual care, and community programming. These experiences have shaped the way I show up in my work: with warmth, curiosity, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique story.
